Nick Maloney (born 4th June 1953 in Liverpool) played two parts in Coronation Street: in July 1983 he appeared as Dave Hinchcliffe who accompanied a Russian trade delegation to Baldwin's Casuals and returned to the programme in May 1998 as PC Simons who had an altercation with a drunk Les Battersby.
