Pneumo Lines are a variant of the Pneumo Tube mailing system used by Jet-Postal all around Rapture, and were first introduced in BioShock Infinite's downloadable content, Burial at Sea - Episode 1. As opposed to the main system designed to move only mail and small packages through the city, they provide transportation for heavier packages, using Pneumo Bots (television-looking devices with robotic arms and a speaker) running on lines parallel to some of the pneumatic tubes, entering and exiting places through small iris-shaped doors. They can be seen all over Fontaine's Department Store as part of the home delivery service offered to the clients.

They were later used for fast personal travel when children started crafting Air Grabbers from various common parts (including special hooks used by the Pneumo Bots) for their own joyriding. Fontaine's was also advertising Pneumo Turrets, a new kind of security device running on Pneumo Lines, for Summer 1959, though nothing indicates their release in Rapture since the store's closure and the nationalization of Fontaine's assets by the City Council.
