Before you create a new character, you may already have a name you'd like to use in mind. If so, it is a good idea to make certain that name is available on the server you have selected. Tip	The powers you begin with at earlier levels do not become useless as your character grows. In fact, they grow in power with you, and, with the addition of enhancements, they'll be useful throughout your character's entire career. Your avatar's gender and build will have no bearing on play style or powers. Once you have chosen and accepted your primary and secondary power sets, you will not be able to access the other power sets. Choose wisely. Make sure to select an archetype and power sets that harmonize well with your personal play style. All peacebringers are natural origin only. All warshades are science origin only. A hero's starting contact in Atlas or Galaxy City is determined by his or her origin. You may not select as your Character Name the name of another person, or a name which violates any third party's trademark right, copyright, or other proprietary right, or which may mislead other players to believe you to be an employee of NC Interactive, or which NC Interactive deems at its sole discretion to be vulgar or otherwise offensive. A villain's origin has no effect on his or her starting contact. All Arachnos widows and soldiers are natural origin only. Keep in mind that the EULA you agree to every time you launch the game client expressly states:
