Tooin commanders thought it best to attack the hill from within and sent a team to disguise itself as Aanian marines. Due to the amounts of armor being worn in battle, the team did not initially have to worry about their lack of the Aanian frill becoming exposed. Once inside, the team made quick work of the artillery gunners and destroyed key components of the hill complex before turning the guns on the last two remaining strongholds of the region, Sypho and Iserr Kaplan, which had been holding out for several months. Salvos from the hill's guns traveled over 40 kilometers before hitting their unsuspecting targets. After the war, Pso Hill was abandoned and fell into disrepair for millenia. Circa 10,500 BBY, it was reconstructed by the Spalgar after detailed blueprints of Pso Hill were recovered from a preservation tube in an basement level of the complex. The Spalgar searched several of these ancient fortress cities to learn more about the ancient Aan's warfare tactics. Aurelius Tempest came across these blueprints in the Aantooine Museum of History and had particular interest in the construction techniques of such a stronghold. Tempest would take this inspiration to construct a fortress of equally menacing resistance.
