The augmented crystal hatchet can be changed between combat and non-combat equipment; changing the type to non-combat removes all the combat stats from the hatchet and makes it impossible to attack anything while the hatchet is equipped. The charged augmented crystal hatchet has a special attack, Clobber, which requires 100% adrenaline and lowers your opponent's Defence and Magic by 10% while dealing 25%-150% damage.
