His Nationalist Manifesto was published in 2382. His manifesto was entertained by some parties but largely ignored by the world at large. Depressed by this, Vinnick had himself cryogenetically frozen until he reached a time when his ideals would be used and appreciated. In 2586, Vinnick was unfrozen by the Jelbanian Federalist Union and was immediatly made their leader. Vinnick found Jelbania to his ideological liking and campaigned for the presidency in 2591, 2596, 2601, and 2606. In every election he came in fifth and his party was generally in sixth place in the National Assembly. Not to be discouraged, Vinnick formed meaningful ties with the Christian Democratic Party, the Namaste Party, and the Military Bloc Party to create the first ever conservative Monarchy of Jelbania. His close ties to the Christian Democratic Party have allowed the Federalist Party to gain crucial posts in the National Cabinent although he was never successful in gaining a post himself. In 2606, Emperor Steven P. Kennedy V appointed Vinnick as Duke of Rilmos for his political service to the Monarchy. As a politician, Vinnick is a convinced conservative and federalist.
