The Type 66 is a submachine gun of post-WW2 Japanese origin manufactured by Nambu. It is a blowback open-bolt fired weapon chambered in the 9x19mm Parabellum round fed from a 32 round magazine. It was eventually replaced by the Minebea PM-9 in JDSF service. * [1]
