James "Jimmy" Kelly (July 10, 1905 - July 7, 1945) was a British hockey player. He played for the British National Team at three World Championships between 1937 and 1939. Kelly was born in Scotland, but lived in Canada, where he played junior and senior hockey, for many years. He returned to Britain in 1936, and was a member of the Brighton Tigers, Wembley Monarchs, and the Wembley Lions. He fought with the Royal Canadian Service Corps during World War II and was killed on the battlefield on July 7, 1945.
