The Aldaka was a rare plant supposedly related to Mayweed or Angelica. The flower was found in high mountainous regions and it's roots were known to the Mountainmen as a powerful cure against Eye diseases. The roots of this plant had to be brewed over a low fire for one week, and the resulting distillation drunk. If used successfully, sight would be restored to the recipient provided the eye remained.
