  • As a game producer for Blizzard Entertainment’s World of Warcraft live operations team, Marcus W. Maczynski works with and supports the dedicated crew of engineers who keep the world of Azeroth running smoothly. His responsibilities include scheduling and production of server features, coordinating the release of client and server code, and working with regions on service-impacting issues. Maczynski joined Blizzard Entertainment in 2006, beginning his career with the company in customer service. Before transitioning to the live operations team, he served in various capacities, including area manager for in-game support, the global policy council manager, and game support manager for World of Warcraft. In his free time, Marcus enjoys tinkering with electronics and quadcopters, as well as making proof-of-concept games in Unity. He plays all manner of tabletop games, with his current favorites being the Netrunner card game and the Star Wars: X-Wing miniatures game.
