Boris Sychev was a Russian criminal featured in Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Conviction. He was voiced by Alain "Al" Goulem. Sychev was a human trafficker and would supply Valentin Lesovsky with girls he'd kidnapped from Poland. At one point, a man named Gurdeyev owed him a lot of money and, rather than paying up, waved a pistol at him. Sychev took the pistol out of Gurdeyev's hands and threatened him; Gurdeyev payed everything that he owed that night.
