Manic-class attack bots were early Pre-Republic droid fighters used by the Tooin Galactic Forces during the Aan-Tooin Engagements. They were somewhat unreliable due to the lack of formal communication code between droids, but they followed Tooin instructions exactly. Their code was so simple, it may have been an early form of CBell-1. Manic-class bots were equipped with twin beam tube-like apparatuses and could act as kamikazes if damaged too severely in combat.
