About 200 years ago, a fire started in the industrial quarter of the city of Dieel-veh, on Telios Prime. Due to inadequate fire suppression mechanisms, personel and equipment, the fire spread out of control and destroyed a large majority of the city's industrial sector. Although the fire did not cause many casualties, it was economically devastating for the city. The planetary government at the time decided to intervene and provided funding to allow the city to rebuild and repurpose itself as the cultural capital of Telios Prime. This disaster was also the turning point for legislation to be put through in regards to planetary emergency services.
