A user that has commited offenses or is violating a policy may be subject to blocking. When a user is blocked, they cannot edit any page except in some cases, their talk page, but can still read it. In normal circumstances, an offender must have commited an offence at least three times and be warned three times before they can be blocked. However, if a user continues to violate policy or acts in a way that the community disapproves of, then the user may be banned.

| - A user that has commited offenses or is violating a policy may be subject to blocking. When a user is blocked, they cannot edit any page except in some cases, their talk page, but can still read it. However, if a user continues to violate policy or acts in a way that the community disapproves of, then the user may be banned. If the user has been blocked unfairly, then they can request to be unblocked on their talk page, but if they abuse the unblock feature, their talk page will be locked or protected.
