Now an MLG is a 12-year old American kid who thinks they are really good at the game but actually sucks at it. They have a high-pitched voice, and usually are very annoying while speaking through the headset. They might scream into it, sing into it, or yell annoying things into it such as "Veto the map! Oh my god people veto the map!". They also are sometimes found having an argument with their mum and forgetting to turn off the mic on the headset. There are ways you can spot an MLG such as looking at their GamerTag. Here are some things that MLG's might have in their GamerTag:
* A name with 'XxXx' or a large number of X's infront and after their name.
* The word 'MLG' in it.
* The word 'sniper' or '5n1p3r' or spelt retardedly, even though they suck at sniping.
* The annoying words such as 'assassin', 'ninja', or other similar names.
* An excessive amount of numbers that have no meaning.
* A name about a gun such as 'BR Headshot' even though they suck with the Battle Rifle and can never pull off a headshot. Also you can spot an MLG by their behaviour. If someone acts like this, they are probably MLG.
* When the match starts, they always go for the power weapons such as the Energy Sword or Rocket Launcher.
* They camp.
* They try to cheat and boost to get their level or exp up.
* They drive around in vehicles trying to run people over, or they use the tank or wraith.
* They have screenshots of Recon Armour in their Halo 3 File Share and reccommend the screenshot to everyone in hope of getting Recon.
* They brag about being heaps good when they have a bad kill/death ratio. If you ever spot an MLG make sure you own them, and send negative feedback if they do something really annoying.
