Pinta's Quest is a minigame in Skies of Arcadia which uses the Dreamcast's VMU. It can be downloaded after the player reaches Sailor's Island and talks to Pinta. Pinta's Quest is essentially a miniature RPG based entirely on random encounters, and any items and Gold gained within the minigame can be loaded into the main game's inventory. Since the Game Cube did not have a VMU or similar feature, Pinta's Quest was removed from Skies of Arcadia Legends and any of the items originally exclusive to Pinta's Quest became avaliable in-game through other methods.
