Michael Earnest Allison (born March 28, 1961 in Fort Frances, Ontario) is a retired Canadian ice hockey forward, and the brother of Dave Allison. Allison began his National Hockey League career with the New York Rangers in 1980. He also played for the Toronto Maple Leafs and Los Angeles Kings. He retired from the NHL after the 1989–90 NHL season.
