Tammy Bramlette (born 1975) is the daughter of Joey Bramlette and his wife Cassie. In 1984, Joey was going to testify against Colombian drug lord Enrique Ruiz, but three days before his court appearance Ruiz sent a letter that Tammy had been kidnapped, and the only way to save her was to not testify and not appear in court. Joey fled for the Everglades, where his family and friends were - while Tammy was being held by the Higgins brothers, who worked for Ruiz. At one point Billy Joe brought her a bologna sandwich and a can of beer and dropped them on the floor where she was.
