- The Post-Voldemort generation, also referred to in fanon as the Next Generation, is a term which refers to the offspring of the main characters of the canonical Harry Potter series. It is the best known generation of those which came to be after the defeat of Voldemort at the end of his second campaign. It's beginning is usually placed at the birth of Edward Lupin in 1998, and ends around the early to mid 2010s.

- The Next Generation is the name of the next chapter on the Pineview stories. All of the original Pineview stories ended in subsequent Cliff-Hangers. The Next Generation picks up 5 years later and now takes place in THe Sims 3. However, Pineview did not go with the time flow of The Sims 3 instead of going back, it continued to go forward. "The First Group" of neighbors, will be downgraded to recurring Sims. Their stories will be, for the most part, wrapped up. The Next Generation will deal with The First Group's, Children and Grand-children.
- The Next Generation is a crew on the Emerald Ocean which was founded on November 13th, 2007, on the Sage Ocean. They were the main crew of the flag The Last Chance and are currently Independent. Trumpetplaya is currently the captain of The Next Generation.

Dr. Doofenshmirtz is training his grandson, Alec, in the works of evil. Perry, however, seems to be the only one without a successor, for he is still quite young due to an age freezer Dr. Doofenshmirtz bulit the year Phineas and Ferb started creating the best day ever (Basically, present day). There is presently only one part of the series, A Twist in Time.

Zero arrives from the future to check on X, and ends up looking at X in his generation capsule as well. Meanwhile, the broken past Mega Man has been brought back, and the Author tries to convince the readers that Dr. Light forgot what happened in Mega Man 2, but rather unsuccessfully. More talking with Zero, Roll, X, and Proto Man, and it is hinted that X and Zero may be gay.

A Twist in Time- Julie and Scott are transported back in time to the last day of summer when their parents were kids after Doofenshmirtz's grandson accidentally self-destructs Dr. D's latest invention. Now their parents are falling for them! Can they get back to the future and get their parents to fall in love with their future spouse before they disappear? Characters: Julie Flynn- The fourteen-year old daughter of Phineas and Isabella. She is basically the leader of the two. She wears an orange tanktop with a pair of blue Daisy Dukes and blue Converse hi-tops. She has long black hair with an orange bow clipping back her sweep bangs like her mother and big blue eyes like her father. She is sassy, but sweet. Scott Fletcher- The fourteen-almost-fifteen year old adoptive son of Ferb and Gretchen. He is basically the sidekick of Julie but also takes charge whenever she has a crazy attack. He wears a tan polo shirt and a purple bandana around his neck. He wears regular jeans with black DCs. He has a twinge of affection for Julie and is really annoyed when his mother falls for him and her father falls for her. Alec- The sixteen-year old granson of Dr. Doofenshmritz and the son of Vanessa Doofenshmirtz. He doesn't really care much about anything, but he is always forced to go over to his grandfather's house to work on evil projects. He hates it. He always messes up and that somehow affects Julie and Scott

They decide not to tell anyone. Mega Man comes in, mistakes their talking as insulting him, and he locks himself in the bathroom (thinking he quit the comic).
