Gord R. Hynes (born July 22, 1966) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman who played two seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL) with the Boston Bruins and Philadelphia Flyers. Hynes was a member of the Canadian 1992 Winter Olympics ice hockey team, winning a silver medal. Hynes played junior for the Medicine Hat Tigers and was selected 115th overall by the Boston Bruins in the 1985 NHL Entry Draft. He turne pro in 1986 and spent two seasons in the American Hockey League.
