Robert McDonald (born 4 January 1923 in Toronto, Ontario) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey right winger who played in one National Hockey League game for the New York Rangers during the 1943–44 NHL season. He played junior hockey with the St. James Canadians in 1941-42 and 1942-43. Much of his senior career was spent with the New York Rovers or in the Detroit, Michigan - Windsor, Ontario area. McDonald retired in 1949.
