Marcos Barrantes (born Janurary 22, 3282) is a co-founder of the Dranian party, Partido Acción Ciudadana (PAC). He served as Minister of Education and Culture in Dranland from 3319 to May 3331. Marcos Barrantes is well known throught Dranland as the reestablisher of public education and a strong opposer to the Grand National Party (GNP) and more specifically to Charlene Goodwill's education policies. He is the current PAC chairman and member of the parliament of Dranland.
