Early history
Jennifer "Jenny" Zim was born to Timothy and Barbara Zim, two alchoholics. As a child she was beaten regularly from both parents until one day she punched back. Unfortunatley for her, her powers had decided to work at that time and she sent her father flying through the roof. Horrified she left her home with nowhere to go. After this she began to supress her rage and became optimistic and bubbly for most of the time, only letting out her anger if something truly horrendous had occured.
Superhero==
She spent her time helping those even less fortunate than her by protecting small children from vicious gangs as well as other various other charitable acts. Eventually she was spotted by Vlad the Impaler's brother, Gauntlet. Upon witnessing her incredible strength he invited her to join their team, the Rabble-rousers a team dedicated to fighting crimes while also worshipping the Offbeats.Jenny, who was also a fan of the Offbeats agreed to join.
From Rabble-Rouser to Offbeat
However one day they decided to admire the Offbeats from afar no longer and decided to join them. Unfortunatley for them the were rejected. In a desperate bid Muscle pretended to be under attack from Vlad the Impaler in his vampire bat form and Tech, who had been patrolling the city at the time rushed to help. When he saw just who it was he was rescuing it was too late as Muscle leapt at him and managed to beat the him sensless in order for him to allow the Rabble-Rousers into the Off-Base. After leading them their Muscle was attacked by Bonzai Bill but Muscle easily managed to fend him off by grabbing his hand and bending it back, accidently breaking it. The team was surronded by the Offbeats who outnumbered them. Luckily for the Rabble-Rousers however the leader of the Offbeats, Dragonfly was impressed by the bravery of the Rabble-Rousers and allowed them to join. Muyscle attracted the attentions of Sparky, who was interested in her incredible strength and Pangolin who had a crush on Muscle.
M Day
During the disastrous effects of M day both Sparky and Muscle lost their powers. Distraught the two briefly left the team and formed the Dark duo and swapped in their old uniforms for black trenchcoats and sunglasses. However a while after they left they were kidnapped by the evil mad scientist Dr. Nicodemus who experimented on them. However the effects of his tampering actually caused the two to get their powers back, not only that but they also became stronger, losing their weaknesses. Muscle easily ripped herself from the maching Nicodemus had used to experiment on them and freed Sparky. The two left and rejoined the Offbeats.
Genosha slaughter
After the attack on Genosha Muscle and the Offbeats arrived to look for survivors. Unfortunatley Muscle discovered the chrred skeleton of a child and flew into a terrible rage, lashing out at all those around her. She attempted to hunt down Cassandra Nova, unawhere that she was in X-Men custody . Eventually she was calmed down by Sparky luckily for the city of New York.
