- Mandroid was a robot version of Mandy but malfunctioned because after she cornered Billy, Mandy, Irwin and Grim, she aimed a laser at them and said, "Please surrender yourselves and come with me. You will be assimilated." Mandy told her that if she is supposed to be her, that means she doesn't say "Please," she doesn't assimilate, and she doesn't take orders from anyone, including the Boogey Man. She then malfunctioned because she was ordered to not take orders, which was a contradiction, and thus she did not know what to do.
- They were first introduced on the USS Red Dwarf, but were not fully functional. Early models had optional extra groinal attachments, but later versions introduced to the USS Enterprise had them connected on as standard. Later models didn't walk like ducks, and could get the odd lady. Even if she was a Holodeck Character. At least, the services of a Holodeck jizzmopper isn't required, as Mandroid's are programmed to make sure the holocharacter swallows.

In the end, Mandy and Mandroid seemed to become friends, or at least develop a grudging admiration for one another. Mandroid became like Mandy in the same fashion that Billybot became like Billy. They forced Creeper to be their slave at the ending of the movie.
