The British Expeditionary Force costs 800 export and consists of eight Musketeers and one Falconet, taking up thirteen population. It gives 80 experience when created, and the same for anyone who kills it. The Musketeers add an extra edge to any army, and the Falconet can create a large tactical advantage, as they are a quite powerful artillery unit that are a huge benefit to the artillery-weak Asian Civilizations. The Force is more powerful than the British Expeditionary Company available in the Colonial Age, but costs twice as much, and isn't available until the Fortress Age.

The first British Expeditionary Force was sent to help France in 1914, and fought in the trenches of the Western Front until 1918. The second British Expeditionary Force was sent to help France in 1939, after the German invasion of Poland. Following the German offensive which swept through the Low Countries and bypassed the Maginot Line via the Ardennes, France collapsed and the British Expeditionary Force was evacuated from Dunkirk, so as to remain available to the British in later parts of the war.
