Wyrmbone Katana were crafted by Tamori Tomaru, with the recovered metallic bones of those wyrm which died immolated in the molten lava during the Fall of Shiro Tamori. Dragon smithes used the ribs of the beasts, which already bore a similar shape to a katana. The blades were first used against the Army of Fire when they attempted to assault Toshi Ranbo, the Imperial City. Some of the speed and strength of the wyrms was lent to those samurai armed with the katana, allowing them to easily dispatch their foes.
