  • Max Cleland is a former Senator from Georgia who lost three limbs in the Vietnam War. He was hailed as a war hero, until Ann Coulter revealed the shocking truth: Cleland injured himself to help Democrats win elections! Cleland is unpatriotic, there's no wheeling around it. Not so much cut and run as he is sever and roll.

Cleland is a strong advocate for veterans and served as the youngest administrator ever of the Veterans Administration. His support for Bryan Lentz is based upon the leadership, integrity and commitment to public service that Lentz has demonstrated as both a soldier and former prosecutor.

Not so much cut and run as he is sever and roll. He came to national attention in the 2002 Congressional elections, when his opponent Saxby Chambliss ran an ad pairing his image with Osama Bin Laden's. There was, of course, no attempt on Chambliss' part to compare the two, he was simply making a point about... OH MY GOD! CLELAND IS FRIENDS WITH BIN LADEN! KILL HIM!
