  • Discovered by the Jagon Stellar Republic during some point in 1600 CE, Refandum is a major point of interest and concern for the jagon. After intercepting odd readings and scrabbled signals from the planet, the jagon sent a small fleet of researchers to investigate. It was then that they found the remains of Phylarch, a suspended in a mass effect field in the planet's upper-atmosphere. A research outpost was built around near Phylarch and researchers from across Stellar Republic-space swarmed the planet to get a first-hand account of the ancient machine. Not long after, hundreds of jagon became indoctrinated by the Reaper and went mad. It was quickly discovered that the Reaper was behind this so to deal with the menace, all indoctrinated jagon and their ships were destroyed and the entire star system that Refandum was located in was quarantined by the navy. Now, only mechanical drones are allowed to enter the system, however, some of these are also lost.
