The war erupted when a user named Real Cornelius Badger acquired administrative rights on the old Barney Bunch shoutwiki and banned M-San and other unestablished users, in an effort to turn it into a relevant and up-to-date wiki.

  • The M-San/NewSchoolSwellness War, or if you want to, the Second Unestablished War (although not exactly), was an online conflict between M-San and the newly formed alliance NewSchoolSwellness, which erupted on August 23, 2017 and came to a close on August 27th. The war erupted when a user named Real Cornelius Badger acquired administrative rights on the old Barney Bunch shoutwiki and banned M-San and other unestablished users, in an effort to turn it into a relevant and up-to-date wiki. Motives were because of unimportant and irrelevant arguments about hair metal and grunge, unestablished Speakonia groups and just irrelevant topics in general. This led to a online war erupting, mirroring that of the Unestablished War of 2011. NewSchoolSwellness adopted their name from the group that fought in the 2011 Unestablished War, OldSchoolSwellness, and consists of defpickles98, Skewt Is Back, Brandon Teh Fugola, Sir Peter Of North, Prime8NStuff, MCB1209, Hulkaroni & Cheese, Ottomagic Critic, ShelltoonTV1, SavageBoy69Alt, and PoopyBarney. On August 25th, Skewt announced that he would step back and become neutral via the NewSchoolSwellness Google+ page, while user SavageBoy69Alt entered the war, giving a threat at M-San to surrender by August 31st or his channel would be terminated, and calling the situation a "fake state of war".. M-San responded by calling Savage's threat "blackmail" in a reply, and technically threatened police intervention. Besides the war, the NewSchoolSwellness page has become brewing grounds for new ideas in the Barney Bunch community, such as invading dead websites like Sploder (which has yet to happen), in the same vein as the Newgrounds invasion that made the very group.
