Dowa "The Red Fox" (赤狐ドーワ, Akagitsune Dōwa) is a vice member, member of the royal guard of the Taichibukai and is the leader of the Spy unit of organization. Often acting as a spy for the organization originally brought in under the leadership of Nefertari Sindria. Dowa originally hailed from Shinobi Island and ended up leaving the island going rouge. For a short time, Dowa had given his services to the world government as a member of the Cipher Pol organization. But ended up finding his way to the Taichibukai organization, after hearing some of the Cipher Pol members speaking about them and he wished to see what they truly were. Giving secrets of the Government to the warlords and using that info to attack the weaken areas of the marines such as damaged bases and outposts.
