Ivan Mitchell (born 1893, died 1942) was a professional ice hockey Goaltender who played 3 seasons in the National Hockey League for the Toronto St. Pats. In 1922 Mitchell was injured during the second game of season, and missed the rest of season. He is still credited with winning the Stanley Cup that season. The Toronto St. Pats signed him as a free agent in 1919 and he played there for two seasons. in 1921 he signed with the Hamilton Tigers but was loaned back to the St. Pats. An injury ended his season (and career) in the second game of the season.
