Cinematic Titanic is a series of DVDs featuring MST3K-style riffed movies, spearheaded by MST creator Joel Hodgson with the help of former Best Brains members Trace Beaulieu, J. Elvis Weinstein, Frank Conniff, and Mary Jo Pehl. The first Cinematic Titanic DVD, featuring the 1972 movie The Oozing Skull (originally titled Brain of Blood), was released on December 22, 2007. To achieve the effect, CT is shot on a large soundstage in front of a green chromakey screen. Cinematic Titanic is a production of Hodgson's Visual Story Tools, Inc.
