Building height limits were kept low for housing and commercial structures. The center of the city was green park and meeting place known as the Commons. The city is divided into districts, some of which were named for the local lakes. Cloud Lake and Moonstone Lake are two city districts.

- Ussa was the capital city of the planet Bellassa. The city was built as a series of circular districts, around seven lakes, with wide concentric boulevards. Building height limits were kept low for housing and commercial structures. The center of the city was green park and meeting place known as the Commons. The city is divided into districts, some of which were named for the local lakes. Cloud Lake and Moonstone Lake are two city districts. When the Galactic Empire took control of Bellassa, the citizens of Ussa protested, and the Empire responded with mass arrests. The Empire also razed the Commons to installed a prefabricated Imperial garrison. The Ussa spaceport was locked down for a week after the prison escape of Ferus Olin.
