The Mob Boss is described as the head of the local crime family. He is essentially the Mayor of the underworld. He is generally treated with mistrust and is an uncommon sight to be out on the streets. By default, the Mob Boss will have G-Man player modle and a black name color. The Boss is the brain of the gang. He is normally responsible for planning and conducting raids on buildings or residences and getting supplies for his gang. He is also normally responsible for negoiting with the Mayor/Police officers and Gun dealers.

He only stepped into the spotlight when the Foot Clan, the most feared criminal organization in the city, threatened to lose its supremacy over the city after the Turtles defeated the Shredder. He then tried to seize dominion over the city in the resulting power vacuum among the gangs.
- He first appears when him and his men recaptured San Otonashi and then kidnapping Moka Akashiya leaving Tsukune Aono knocked out. The Boss along with his men take the two captive girls to their main hideout. He asked Moka what her relationship is with San as she replied that she just met her and San was looking for help although the Boss believes that Moka is lying to him and reveals that San has a special power so that him and his men can use that power for money. As the Boss orders his men to hurt Moka, Tsukune shows up and beats up the leader's men to a bloodly defeat. Tsukune rescues both Moka and San leaving the Boss behind.

| - The Mob Boss is described as the head of the local crime family. He is essentially the Mayor of the underworld. He is generally treated with mistrust and is an uncommon sight to be out on the streets. By default, the Mob Boss will have G-Man player modle and a black name color. The Mob Boss has a unique command to set the gang agenda. The agenda is basically a set of directions given to the gang from the Boss. It appears at the top left hand corner of the screen for all gangsters and himself. The Mob Boss is supposed to be a powerful character and normally commands respect and cooporation through his orders, be it through an in-person directive or the agenda. Most servers, however, advise players to ignore agendas/commands that encourage breaking server rules, such as "Kill all cops." The agenda, however is useful for communicating with gang members about his current situation ("In jail. Be out soon.) or where a rally point or base is located (Base is Crackhouse.) The Boss is the brain of the gang. He is normally responsible for planning and conducting raids on buildings or residences and getting supplies for his gang. He is also normally responsible for negoiting with the Mayor/Police officers and Gun dealers.

During his actions the mob boss, along with his deputy Weasel and his people, crossed paths several times with the Turtles, who were forced to act against his machinations. The situation only changed when Karai arrived from Japan in the name of her adoptive father and finally brought the leadership of the Foot Clan under control. The fate of the Mob Boss after the events of City at War remains unknown.
