Around A Pound are a small family business based in Milton Keynes, they started trading at the beginning of August 2010, and started off selling products upto £1 and branding themselves as a Mobile Pound Shop. When they first started they just used a car and table, then purchased a tent, to help cover the stock from the weather and make it a better working environment. With business expanding they purchased a second tent and many more stands. they first started with around 50 product lines, and now stock nearly 1500.

With business expanding they purchased a second tent and many more stands. they first started with around 50 product lines, and now stock nearly 1500. There website has seen many changes also in the time since they started, from just information about themselves and pictures of our products, to the site it is now. Offering order and Pay Online with many customer features and services. there website is totally custom made, they have not used any industry standard software making there site safer than allot of other retailers who use distributed software platforms, but also visibly different with features most other sites dont offer. they have expanded there sale days from two a week to four, allowing better access to us and our products and services. Around A Pound Currently attend at The Bowl on a Sunday, and also now The Agora Market in Wolverton, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. they have also now made further investments in the business by way of a new retail trailer, allowing them to be able to attend sales in virtually any weather. This August 2012, have seen major changes in our business, with the insert of our new trailer, also this new website, and also rebranding from £1 upto £15 items. This allows them to buy in better quality products and branded products, which they can offer our customers.
