(TNG episode: "Hide and Q") According to Berlinghoff Rasmussen, the position of this book in Picard's ready room was a matter of interest to 26th century historians. (TNG episode: "A Matter of Time") This volume was destroyed when the Enterprise-E was attacked by Hirogen hunters in 2381. Beverly Crusher replaced it for Picard with a 21st century copy of The New Britannia Complete Shakespeare. (TNG novel: Losing the Peace)
