The peak of Hywell Island is the location of the Tezen regions Elite Four, who may only be faced once at least eight of the ten Tezen Gym Leaders have been beaten. It is located at the peak of Victory Road, requiring challengers to travel through the mountain to get to the entrance. Similar to the Unova League, challengers have some control over the order they face the Elite Four, being able to choose which of the first two members and then the last two members they fight before the other, though both must be faced to ascend to the next floor.
