When Runt and Pesto went to live at the lady and parrot's house, Crackers attacked Runt as he hates new pets, but Pesto beat Crackers up, causing him and Runt to get kicked out of the house as they are both suspected on having a conspiracy against Crackers.

Using a box of saltines, they manage to lure in a pterodactyl, whom they bring back with them to the present in order to retrieve the stolen devices. While Harold takes to the pterodactyl (giving her the name "Crackers"), George insists that they are only borrowing her and that she needs to return to her own time. While Harold is reluctant to do so, he seemingly agrees.
