- Jedi Knight is one of the two Galactic Republic aligned Force-sensitive classes, along with the Jedi Consular. Famous Jedi Knights include Master Kao Cen Darach and Master Ven Zallow killed in the Fall of Korriban and the Destruction of the Jedi temple on Coruscant, respectively.
- Jedi Knights formed the largest force of the Jedi Order. They were fully trained by another Knight or possibly Master and had undergone the trials of the Jedi and advanced from Padawan, proving themselves worthy of their own missions and mastering of the skills needed to train their own Padawan.
