An accusation of espionage sparked war between Pan National Union and New Polar Order in early 2013 when Polar discovered that its guides were in use on PNU's forums without permission. This initial accusation was exacerbated by Polar diplomats having their accounts deleted on those same forums when attempted to find a diplomatic solution. Insulted, the New Polar Order mentioned "espionage, stupidity, and general rudeness" as their casus belli for the conflict.

| - An accusation of espionage sparked war between Pan National Union and New Polar Order in early 2013 when Polar discovered that its guides were in use on PNU's forums without permission. This initial accusation was exacerbated by Polar diplomats having their accounts deleted on those same forums when attempted to find a diplomatic solution. Insulted, the New Polar Order mentioned "espionage, stupidity, and general rudeness" as their casus belli for the conflict. The war gave rise to a brief spat on the OWF regarding whether or not such a CB was still valid in 2013; it was, however, a moot point, as Polar granted PNU white peace on March 11, 2013, after one round of war. Eventually, the situation was resolved when the Pan National Union removed all guides from it's possession and apologised to those affected.
