Estrellapuerto FC is one of the leading football teams in Republica Tallan. It was one of the big 3 clubs in the LPQ. After much deliberation it was decided by the LPQ that the top three clubs were to compete in international club competitions to make the LPQ less dominant. Estrellapuerto, after finishing third and winning the Commander's Cup, qualified for the Liga Mundo. Estrellapuerto FC officially joined the Liga Mundo on the 4th of July, 2008.

Estrellapuerto, after finishing third and winning the Commander's Cup, qualified for the Liga Mundo. Estrellapuerto FC officially joined the Liga Mundo on the 4th of July, 2008. The 'Puerto, as they are well know as, played their first Liga Mundo match against the Redemptio Reds. Away from home the 'Puerto were exposed to a higher brand of football but couragously battled to a 3-3 draw after being out played. The following matches showed more promise as they drew 1-1 away to Serie Primera side Transvaal Springboks and flogged Spartak MK 4-1 at home. A good season in the Serie Tercera saw them finish 2nd and look like heading to Segunda before a couple of withdrawals held them back in Tercera. A solid start to the season sees them in second place behind main rivals Rivendell FC.
