Leonard Lloyd Duvall OBE (born September 1961) is a Labour Party member of the London Assembly. A native of Woolwich, Duvall was elected to Greenwich London Borough Council in 1990. He was deputy leader of the council from 190-92 and leader from 1992-2000. He was awarded the OBE in the 1998 Birthday Honours for "services to Local Government in London and to the Thames Gateway Partnership". In 1990 he was elected to London Assembly as a member representing Greenwich and Lewisham, and has held the seat at each consequent election. From 2004-08 he was Chair of the Metropolitan Police Authority.
