Craig Fisher (born June 30, 1970 in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada) is a retired professional ice hockey player. He played 12 NHL games with the Philadelphia Flyers, Winnipeg Jets, and Florida Panthers. His professional career was cut short due to a serious concussion. He played Junior "B" hockey with the Oshawa Legionnaires and was drafted 56th overall by the Philadelphia Flyers in the 1988 NHL Entry Draft. Rather than jump to the NHL, Fisher played two years with the Miami University. Aside from his years in the minor pros in North America, he also spent a season with Kolner Haie in Germany.

Rather than jump to the NHL, Fisher played two years with the Miami University. Fisher turned pro in 1990 with the Flyers but he never was able to crack an NHL lineup. This despite a career-best 74 goals with the Orlando Solar Bears of the International Hockey League in 1995-96, Aside from his years in the minor pros in North America, he also spent a season with Kolner Haie in Germany. He retired in 2000.
