The 1955-30 was a Grand National (now Sprint Cup) - Pacific Coast Late Model Series (now West Series) event at Bay Meadows Speedway on July 31, 1955. Eventual season champion Tim Flock won the event, holding off John Keiper by one second. Technically speaking, a scoring error made the 250-lap race go to 252 laps, the first instance of a NASCAR race being exteneded. Stats
