Rallcema Bylissura (Rhodel) was a modified Force-sensitive Jiuzuriya clone created by the legendary Jedi Sage: Jiraiya Uzukariya. She was cloned from Railcema Bylissura. In her early years, she was born into the handmaiden service to appease to the wishes and desires of their master and creator, Jiraiya Uzukariya. Through the advanced accelerated aging processes, Rhodel aged twice as fast as the regular handmaiden sisters. By 21 BBY, she was around 31 years old.

abstract	Rallcema Bylissura (Rhodel) was a modified Force-sensitive Jiuzuriya clone created by the legendary Jedi Sage: Jiraiya Uzukariya. She was cloned from Railcema Bylissura. In her early years, she was born into the handmaiden service to appease to the wishes and desires of their master and creator, Jiraiya Uzukariya. Through the advanced accelerated aging processes, Rhodel aged twice as fast as the regular handmaiden sisters. By 21 BBY, she was around 31 years old. By the age of 11, she began to exhibit Force-sensitivity, later developing Force abilities. Jiraiya placed Rallcema in the training regimen program, which focused on training Force-sensitive clones to train and hone their abilities at will. Once fully trained, they would be recruited and deployed on secretive, covert operations/missions that required their abilities and knowledge of the Force, to extreme and deadly for any ordinary clone to endure. During one of her earlier missions, her eyes were severely burned and scarred, forever blinding her. Despite having Force Healer users who could have restored her sight in the Jiuzuriya Corps, Rhodel excepted her fate and denied having her sight restored to her. Though her sight was lost, her four remaining senses were increased and heightened, and her connection to the Force was significantly stronger, making her one of the deadliest skilled Force users ever to be trained in the Jiuzuriya Corps. With her heighten abilities and senses, Rallcema easily slew her opponents much quickly without breaking a sweat, symbolizing her advanced skill and power and connection to the Force.
