Apartment blocks are buildings in Tropico 3 and Tropico 4. Apartments are more expensive and hold fewer families than tenements, but are much more middle class, allowing them to be built without lowering the value of the surrounding area or upsetting tourists. Apartment blocks become obsolete in 1966, when they're replaced by modern apartment blocks.
