- When the Rakurai was first used, it was done without hand seals, instead Ryusuke formed a light blue coating of electrical chakra around his palm before striking an opponent. The chakra flowed through the target's body laving them paralyzed. From there Ryusuke leaped onto his opponent's shoulder, raising his arm into the sky as a bolt of lightning fired down onto his extended arm forming the Rakurai. From there Ryusuke plunged the powerful blade of energy through his opponent's skull.
