Rock Me was the Yugoslavian entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 1989 Lausanne performed by the group Riva. It was performed last following Germany. At the close of voting, it was declared the winner with 137 points, considered by many as the darkest of dark horses ever to have won the contest. Such was the surprise of Riva's victory that many were negative about it. "Rock Me" was Yugoslavia's first and only win before it broke up into independent states, and the last new winning song until 2001.
