Karen Abbott is the wife of Mickey Abbott. They met and married in a single episode, "The Yada Yada". She has a friend named Julie, with whom she met Mickey and Kramer, causing confusion as to who was dating who. Eventually it's decided that Karen will date Kramer and Julie will date Mickey, but when it is discovered that Karen's parents are "little people", she starts to date Mickey, while Julie switches to dating Kramer. Soon thereafter Mickey and Karen announce their engagement. After the wedding, on her way out of the church, she whispers to Kramer "I really wanted you".
