The White-faced nunbird (Hapaloptila castanea), is a species of puffbird in the Bucconidae family. It is the only member of the genus Hapaloptila. It is found in Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.
